Most businesses do not offer on-the-job training to its employees. They expect their employees to know what to do once hired. If managers offered on-the-job training instead of just hiring people with university degrees, there job performance would increase. Managers would be able to train their employees to do what they wanted them to do. Employees would be able to complete the task better and quicker.
Since the employees would be performing their best, managers can get into contact with vending services to place vending machines in the office. Employees may need a snack before lunchtime and by having snacks available to them, they can keep on doing their work. Managers do not need employees working hungry. In fact, managers can consider offering free snacks to the employees. The vending machine may allow employees to get free snacks just by using a card. The only way employees can get a card is by either purchasing it from the manager or being awarded one for good job performance.
The vending machine will be a way for the manager to say, "thank you" to its employees. Employees will feel appreciated because they know that their manager cares about them.
